Take Full Control of Who and What Enters Your Premises.
An uncontrolled vehicle entrance is one of the most significant vulnerabilities any facility can have. Unauthorized vehicles on your premises create security risks, liability exposure, traffic management challenges, and in high-security environments — the potential for serious harm. A professionally designed Vehicle Entrance Control System eliminates that vulnerability by putting you in complete command of every vehicle that approaches your facility.
TCC designs and deploys intelligent vehicle entrance control solutions for government compounds, corporate headquarters, industrial sites, residential gated communities, hospitals, universities, and any facility where controlled vehicular access is essential. Our systems combine automatic barrier gates, bollards, road blockers, LPR (License Plate Recognition) cameras, intercom systems, and centralized management software into a seamless, integrated solution that is both highly secure and operationally efficient.
Every TCC vehicle entrance control deployment is engineered around your specific site — your entry and exit points, your vehicle volumes, your security classification, and your operational workflows. We manage the entire project from site assessment and system design through to professional installation, commissioning, operator training, and long-term maintenance support — giving you a single accountable partner from day one.

TCC Vehicle Entrance Control System Implementation Working Process
Site Survey & Vehicle Threat Assessment
TCC begins every vehicle entrance control project with a comprehensive on-site survey and threat assessment — reviewing the facility's threat profile and applicable vehicle threat classification (from IWA-14 threat level assessment), mapping all vehicle entry and exit points, measuring lane widths and road geometries, assessing ground conditions and subsurface infrastructure for foundation engineering, measuring peak and average vehicle throughput volumes, and reviewing any applicable regulatory or authority requirements. The output is a site-specific threat classification and vehicle control checkpoint design brief that drives all subsequent hardware specification and system design decisions.
System Design & Checkpoint Engineering
Based on the survey and threat assessment, TCC engineers produce a comprehensive vehicle entrance control system design — specifying the appropriate barrier type and certification level for each lane, designing the physical lane layout and traffic flow configuration, engineering the foundation and civil works requirements for bollards and in-ground hardware, specifying ANPR camera positions and coverage angles, designing the RFID reader placement and coverage zones, and defining the integration architecture with CCTV, access control, UVIS, and security management systems. A full bill of materials, civil works specification, and system layout drawing are produced and approved before any procurement or installation commences.
Civil Works & Foundation Installation
TCC coordinates or directly manages all civil works required for vehicle entrance control installation — excavation and concrete foundation construction for hydraulic bollards and road blockers, installation of hydraulic power units and underground cylinder assemblies, installation of in-ground induction loops for vehicle detection, conduit routing for all power and control cabling, road reinstatement to the correct surface level and finish, and gatehouse or operator kiosk civil preparation. All civil works are carried out in accordance with the approved design and inspected before barrier and electronic equipment installation begins.
Barrier & Electronic System Installation
TCC's certified installation teams install and connect all barrier hardware — boom barrier mechanisms and arms, bollard above-ground columns, tyre killer blade assemblies, ANPR cameras and IR illuminators, RFID readers and antenna systems, video intercom stations, operator control panels, and gatehouse workstations. All components are connected to the vehicle access management controller and integrated with the barrier control logic, CCTV system, access control platform, and security alarm management system. Power supplies, UPS backup, and emergency override systems are installed and tested.
System Configuration, ANPR Training & Testing
TCC configures the vehicle access management software with the authorized vehicle database, access groups, time-based access schedules, and visitor management workflows. ANPR cameras are calibrated and the OCR engine is trained to the local Saudi Arabian licence plate format — including all regional and governmental plate variations. Vehicle detection induction loops are sensitivity-tuned for the lane configuration. Barrier interlock logic is programmed and all safety functions are tested. A comprehensive end-to-end system test is conducted — verifying authorized vehicle entry and exit, unauthorized vehicle rejection, alarm generation, CCTV integration, and gatehouse operator workflows before any live operation begins.
Operator Training, Handover & AMC Support
TCC provides comprehensive training for gatehouse security officers and facility managers — covering daily system operation, authorized vehicle database management, visitor vehicle processing, alarm response procedures, emergency barrier operation, ANPR exception handling, and basic first-line fault identification. Full as-built drawings, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and software configuration documentation are provided at handover. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) include scheduled preventive maintenance of all mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components, barrier arm and safety device inspection, hydraulic fluid servicing, ANPR camera cleaning and recalibration, and 24/7 helpline support at 9200 14102 — ensuring your vehicle entrance control system remains operationally reliable and fully certified throughout its lifecycle.
